Natural Personal Care and Hygiene Stack

Conqueror Care and Hygiene Stack

I have been experimenting with multiple brands that specializing in the space of natural skincare and personal care products over the past year or so. I feel that at this point I have accumulated enough time under my belt using these products to share and recommend them to you all.

That being said…

Let’s get into it.

Why Natural Products?

Switching to natural cosmetics and hygiene products is a game-changer. For one, it enables you to truly know what is being absorbed into the body.

For the most part, the majority of society has no idea what they’re putting into their body. Ingredient labels seem to expand in length more and more as society is experiencing an epidemic of ignorance; this is in regard to NOT reading labels, and NOT having the proper knowledge to digest the content of labels, which is likely due to the overall disregard for health by western society.

While it it extremely difficult to always use the natural solution, when possible opt for them.

For example:

Loreal Paris is the leading grossing brand in this industry. I went to their website, clicked the first shampoo product, and looked at the ingredients.

Ingredients:

Aqua / Water / Eau, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Chloride, Glycol Distearate, Hexylene Glycol, Parfum / Fragrance, Cocamide Mea, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Hydroxide, Dimethicone, Carbomer, Coco-Betaine, Salicylic Acid, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Amodimethicone, Trideceth-10, Peg-100 Stearate Steareth-6, Sodium Hyaluronate, Phenoxyethanol, Limonene, Trideceth-3, Fumaric Acid, Acetic Acid, Ci 60730 / Ext. Violet 2

I’m sure most of us have no idea what most of these ingredients are, what they do, how they are made, how they react with other ingredients, etcetera. This is just ONE brand that I searched briefly, there are so many others offering products with harmful ingredients.

But how about these ingredients from HealthySol?

Grass-Fed Beef Tallow

Organic Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Organic Unrefined Fair Trade Coconut Oil

Food Grade Lye (none remains in product after 6 weeks of curing),

Organic Essential Oil Blend (scented versions only)

or these from VanMan?

100% Saponified Grass Fed & Grass-Finished Beef Tallow

Organic Raw Honey

Distilled water

Vanilla Oil

Yeah. Fairly easy to tell there’s a drastic difference.

By choosing a natural alternative you can:

Avoid Hormone Disruptors / / Many synthetic skincare and personal care products contain chemicals that can act as endocrine disruptors, potentially interfering with hormone regulation. Ingredients like parabens and phthalates, which are often found in conventional products, have been associated with hormone imbalance concerns. Natural alternatives help minimize exposure to these synthetic chemicals.

Reduce Toxin Load / / Natural products are typically free from additives, synthetic fragrances, and preservatives like sulfates, parabens, and artificial dyes. Many people use them to reduce the accumulation of these potential toxins in the body, as the skin absorbs much of what is applied to it. Over time, this reduction can support better skin health and potentially overall wellness.

Supporting Skin’s Natural Barrier / / Ingredients like tallow, honey, and coconut oil mimic natural oils in the skin and are gentle on the skin barrier. This can be especially beneficial for sensitive skin, as these products are less likely to cause irritation compared to harsher synthetic alternatives.

Enhanced Nutrient Absorption / / Many natural ingredients found in brands such as HealthySol and VanMan contain vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can nourish the skin. For example, tallow has vitamins A, D, E, and K, and honey is known for its antibacterial properties. Natural products often deliver these nutrients without dilution or alteration by synthetic fillers.

What I have personally used and approve of(the scope is limited of course, I am not a lab rat haha):

Body Wash & Soap

  • Brand: HealthySol

Skincare Products

  • Brand: HealthySol
